If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, you can call us toll-free or send us an email to info@48fresh.com within 24 hours upon reception of the order. We will replace your order or refund your money as soon as reasonably possible. The original order must be returned to www.48fresh.com, located at 2801 NW 74th Avenue, Suite 101, Miami, FL 33122.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

You must be present the day of your estimated delivery to accept the flowers; our shipments are delivered with signature release authorization, which enables FEDEX to drop off the package somewhere safe at the delivery address. Due to the nature of our products, we recommend you to provide a delivery address where somebody is available to receive the flowers.

We do not accept cancellations of any order 4 days before of the original delivery date.

The products displayed on this site, given the nature of perishable and seasonal products may vary in composition, structure, color and content of the flowers used. The images presented on this site are for illustrative purpose only.
